Pastor Ted has been in ministry for the past 25 years, the last 13 as a Lead Pastor at two influential churches in Illinois. He and his wife Amy have three children. He sits on the board of the Empowering Church Network, training pastors and speaking around the country. He loves to help churches maximize their impact through their unique DNA.
